All new starters go through a comprehensive training program, even if you have experience in clinical coding or the systems being used, this is to ensure you understand the ‘Virprac way’ which is based on best practices and NHS guidelines. One of our mentors is availabl

All new starters go through a comprehensive training program, even if you have experience in clinical coding or the systems being used, this is to ensure you understand the ‘Virprac way’ which is based on best practices and NHS guidelines. One of our mentors is available to all colleagues during the working day for ongoing support. There are always new things to learn.
