 Virprac offers indemnity-aware assurance, giving you confidence that your documentation is accurately coded and compliant at every stage.

We guarantee hands on data quality checks of at least 10% of work we do in real-time. All coding of major and cancer diagnoses are reviewed by a member of the Leadership team.

In addition 100% of our coding is quality checked monthly and audit outcomes are made visible via our Customer Portal.

We take security of your patent records as seriously as you do.  We hold NHS Data Protection and Security certification, all employees are DBS checked and we operate fully in line with NHS security requirements. Our IT equipment is locked down to prevent data extraction, we use no printers and our secure premises ensure patient records are accessible only to authorised staff. 

 As accredited smartcard sponsors, we oversee clinical system access for customers and maintain strict access controls for all Virprac users. Our Business Support team issue monthly governance updates to support compliance with Registration Authority guidance. 

 Our workforce is office based in secure premises with controlled access and no unauthorised traffic. This avoids the risks inherent in remote-working models and enables real time learning, with mentors available on the floor to support and train staff continuously. We have no external phones in working areas reducing interruption to facilitate high quality standards.
